Booking & Payment

Q: How do I book with Your Blue Ridge Retreat?

A: Bookings can be made directly through our website as well as through AirBnB. Booking directly through our site saves you the AirBnb Fees. A reservation deposit of 50% is required with the signed agreement. Balance due 7 days prior to arrival. If within 30 days; payment is due in FULL.

Q: Can I cancel my booking?

A:There will be no refunds due to inclement weather; including hurricanes, snow/ice or any reason beyond the control of the owner. If the guest wishes to cancel it must be done 30 days prior to arrival. If after that period the 50% down payment will be kept by owner.

House Rules & Policies

Q: Are pets allowed at the condo?

A: No pets allowed. We love pets, however some of our guests have allergies and therefore we do not allow pets.

Q: Is smoking permitted?

A: Please do not book this home if you smoke. Some of our regular guests have hypersensitivity to any trace of smoke, so we strictly enforce our no smoking/vaping policy. Even smoking somewhere else and bringing the scent in, will result in an additional $500 cleaning fee.

Q: What is the policy for pool usage?

A: You will have access in the summer months to the Chestnut Springs Outdoor Heated Community Pool. Summer pool hours are typically staffed 10 am to 6 pm Memorial Day through Labor Day. Pools are closed every day between 9 am to 10 am for daily maintenance and Thursday from 6 pm to Friday 10 am for maintenance.

Q: Are there any quiet hours?

A: Yes, please observe quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM. This ensures a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors.

Q: How do I check-in?

A: We offer self check-in and details are sent one day prior to your scheduled check-in date. 

Q: What are the check-out instructions?

A: Check out is typically before 10 AM. Please leave used bed sheets on the floor, fold the sofa back if used, and take out the trash to bear-proof bins.

Q: Is there internet access at the condo?

A: Yes, the condo is equipped with high-speed internet/Wi-Fi.

Q: What amenities are available?
