We are James and Emily, travel enthusiasts who love meeting new people, hosting and sharing our local knowledge. James is a local real estate agent in the Fredericksburg, Virginia area. We have 3 boys, 2 dogs and one VERY active household! We have been hosting since 2021, and take pride in providing a cozy and welcoming environment for guests.
